In collaboration with EmmEmm Publishing in NYC, Art Explorers Workshops is a monthly creative experience designed to inspire young artists. Held once a month on Saturdays, each workshop is led by talented artists from Carter Burden Gallery, offering a hands-on opportunity to explore various artistic techniques.

Watercolor workshop with Barbara Herzfeld
Come and explore the expressive world of watercolor with Barbara Herzfeld. We will expand painting vocabulary by exploring the many possible effects you can create with this transparent medium. How many kinds of marks can you make with a paintbrush and a few surprisingly ordinary tools?
Barbara Herzfeld’s art explores people and memories, showing how bodies can tell stories of connection, rest, and love. Inspired by both life drawing and vintage photography, Barbara creates images that weave together the past and present.
