On the Wall: Make Your Mark

Carter Burden Gallery presents two new summer exhibitions: The Small Works Show in the East Gallery featuring the works of over 60 artists and a collaborative community installation in the public installation space entitled On the Wall: Make your Mark. There will be an opening reception on Thursday, July 7 from 6PM to 8PM; masks are required. The exhibition runs from July 7 through July 27 at 548 West 28th Street in New York City. The gallery hours are Tuesday - Friday, 11 a.m. - 5 p.m., Saturday 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Over sixty gallery artists present artwork using identical 10” x 10” canvases in The Small Works Show. The resulting paintings, drawings, photographs, sculpture, and collages vary considerably, highlighting Carter Burden Gallery artists’ diverse strengths. The pieces have all been priced at $200 to be accessible to first time collectors.
